Shipping Costs

You can chosse between insured and not insured shipment. If the shipment is not insured, you (the customer) declares to be liable for any damage or loss during shipment. Thus we recommend insured shipment (in correct German legalese please see AGBs).

Of course we can ship in a different way if you wish to - but then we probably have to do a bit of research about ways and costs beforehand...

Payment methods and fees

Payment should not cost extra - but unfortunately some payment services (like PayPal, Postal Service, Credit Cards) demand (sometimes hideous) fees.

We want to be fair and transparent to all customers. Thus we will not spread those fees over all customers. Instead we will pass the fees only onto those who whish to use a costly money handling service.

CoD=Cash on Delivery worldwide, maybe extra fee to postman 15.00 EUR - DHL parcel only
